I have structured and managed numerous complex business transformation programs. I start by ensuring a robust business case and clear sponsorship from leaders. The board must be highly visible in leading key transformation programs. Paying “ lip service” to change results in failure. I provide strong program leadership and change management. I help you get to where you want to be faster than you thought possible. Working collaboratively at all levels of your organization we build alignment and commitment for change.

I ensure effective communication with all key stakeholders so that they understand what is needed. "Why are we doing this?". I build staff commitment by answering "What's in it for me?" and ensure that you have your 'best team' involved in the program. My Programs focus on 'Quick Wins' as well as longer-term improvements. My approach ensures a robust Program Management Office and effective and ongoing benefits tracking.
